ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked internally with State Farm, giving me valuable experience and a strong foundation for agency ownership. We also have a yellow Lab who spends time in the office and is an important part of the team.

Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in giving our team the tools and flexibility they need to be successful.

Our culture is relaxed, trusting, and team-oriented. I'm not a micromanager - I believe in giving people the freedom to do their jobs and trusting them to follow through. I'm looking for a go-getter who takes initiative, gets the job done, and works well with everyone. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Jim Rottkamp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
