About The Role Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Commercial team as a Sales and Event Coordinator. This role provides administrative support to the Commercial Director/ Director and Sales Manager while being familiar with all aspects of the booking process. What You Will Do Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls to Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Executive Office Prepare accurate written correspondence including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedule of events, printed menus, and emails using MS Word, Delphi, Docusign Maintain Delphi accounts, including traces, creating and updating bookings, manipulating events in the function diary and preparation of banquet event orders Maintain the various Sales and Catering file systems, both electronic and paper distribution, including Account Files, Addendums, Contracts, Vendor Resource Files and Resumes. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly.
