As a Security Officer Visitor Check In in Burlington NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors members and staff by carrying out site-specific policies managing front desk activity and supporting security-related procedures when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants verifying credentials and/or visitor information and documenting arrivals departures and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Answer phones assist with directions and general inquiries and support a professional front desk presence that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity.
• Complete required logs reports and other documentation related to front desk operations visitor management and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Have a state county or city issued security-related license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
