Senior HR Generalist

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist specializing in recruiting for tech start-ups, this full-time remote role will manage full-cycle global recruiting, support key people operations, and assist with light IT tasks while enhancing the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle global recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver top talent Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment Proven track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics and engaging exceptional talent Experience in recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and non-technical roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Familiarity with basic IT coordination, including user account setup and access provisioning
