Domestic Supervisor (Weekends)

The Role Responsible for the domestic services function within hospital and community premises through the effective deployment of staff resources to ensure effective cleaning methods, the control of infection and the promotion of a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. Working pattern: Saturday & Sunday 2:30pm - 7:00pm. Responsibilities Undertake a full and comprehensive range of domestic duties in a working supervisor capacity. Allocate duties and tasks to Domestic Staff ensuring all areas and departments are provided with the agreed level of service. Purchase cleaning materials and consumables ensuring budgetary awareness. Appropriate stock handling/checks and suitable storage of chemicals in respect of Health & Safety and C.O.S.H.H. regulations. Qualifications Good interpersonal skills. Good personal hygiene. Experience in working as a domestic within a preferred Public Sector environment. Basic IT skills. A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
