Director of Nursing - Assisted Living

Leading the way in memory care, the company was founded in 1996 and owns and operates assisted living communities. It offers home care, hospice care, and memory care services. The company also provides healthcare services for people with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Lewy-Body, and other related dementias with locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. Job Description Looking for a Director of Nursing for an Assisted Living Community that has been leading the way in memory care for the last 20 years. Great opportunity for a Director of Nursing with knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer's disease and /or related dementia. This full-time position may require working varying hours and will likely include weekend work. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Must be currently RN licensed in Texas. Experience: At least one year of experience working in long-term care. Knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and/or related dementia. Supervisory Experience: One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthCare Talent
