About the Employer Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare is a small pediatric sub‑acute hospital with 45 patients. It is the only long‑term care hospital dedicated entirely to children. Residents ages newborn to 21 are serviced, and we enrich their health and quality of life while meeting medical, developmental, social, psychological, and spiritual needs. We seek a RN to join our compassionate caregiving team. Position Overview The RN will oversee Clinical Staff (LVN, CNA, and RT), complete doctor rounds, transcribe orders, and handle admission, discharge, and urgent/emergent needs. The unit has one Charge RN. We offer a full‑time position with 12‑hour shifts; full‑time status requires 3 days a week of work. Qualifications Must have a current California Registered Nursing License, BLS certification, and Fire and Life Safety card. Compensation Starting hourly wage: $47‑$49 based on experience. Night differential: $1 per hour. Weekend differential: $1 per hour. Referral bonus. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000.
