Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience and availability for occasional weekend shifts.

Details

• Inpatient acute care hospital setting
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• One weekend per month required (Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) with a compensatory day off the following week
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred
• Current PT license required if applicable
• 2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years required for consideration
• All required certifications must be current and available for verification

Additional Information

• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances that could produce a positive result, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
