Blue Kite Wellness
Blue Kite Wellness is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Clinician I to support children and families in Arlington Heights and surrounding areas. The role delivers home-based clinical services with telehealth when allowed, serving youth under the Illinois Pathways to Success program.
The IHBC develops intervention plans, conducts assessments, and provides therapy to reduce symptoms and improve family functioning, while guiding IHBS staff and coordinating with Care Coordinators and schools.
