Responsibilities Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed-upon expectations. Conduct outbound prospecting to local businesses and community contacts. Gather basic prospect information before handing the opportunity to a licensed team member. Help generate referral opportunities from current customers.\ Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates in the agency CRM. Support social media, community marketing, and local prospecting campaigns. Schedule insurance review appointments for licensed team members. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills.
