Leading a talented VFX team, the full-time Lead VFX Artist will provide direction and feedback, mentor team members, and enhance player experience through the creation of compelling real-time visual effects, with flexible work arrangements available including in-studio, hybrid, or fully remote options across North America. Key responsibilities Lead the VFX team, ensuring consistency and clarity of roles and expectations Guide the creative process and drive the concept development for game effects Collaborate with Art Directors and other teams to maintain artistic unity and enhance gameplay through visual effects Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in game development with a strong portfolio of real-time effects Proficient in tools such as Photoshop, Maya, and in-game effects systems Experience in UE5 and knowledge of 3D graphics, particle systems, and physics Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a positive attitude Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
