This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong commercial real estate experience, advanced administrative capabilities, and a high level of technical proficiency.The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, tracking deliverables, coordinating projects and marketing materials, and ensuring accuracy across all communications and documentation.In this role, you will:Administration & Project CoordinationProvide high-level administrative and operational support to business unitsManage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and action items across teamsCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team activitiesOversee CRM database management, ensuring accuracy and organization across multiple audiencesHandle deal processing, transaction support, and invoicingMaintain files, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailEnsure quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and formattingMarketing & Proposal SupportCoordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, list management, and reportingAssist in the development and coordination of proposal materials and client presentationsCreate and format professional materials, including presentations, charts, graphs, and Excel-based reportsEdit and proofread marketing and business documents to ensure consistency and qualityConduct basic market and competitor research to support business development effortsClient ServicesServe as a key point of coordination for client communications and deliverablesLiaise with clients to gather information, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-upSupport client-facing initiatives with a high level of professionalism and responsivenessProvide additional support as needed to ensure a seamless client experienceWhat you bring:Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or client services roleCommercial real estate experience would be advantageous but not requiredProficiency with CRM systems and strong overall technical aptitude (“tech-savvy”)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong project coordination and follow-through skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of a teamHigh level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative#LI-NF1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
