Full-time Night Stepdown NurseCould you be our next Full-time Night Stepdown Nurse at Riddle Hospital?As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the 17 bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for a Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patient population.Be one of the many MLH Nurses who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.Like our patients, the Main Line Health Family encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. And employee parking is always free!Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/Progressive CareShift: 36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am); Weekend rotation required.Experience: One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.Education:RN Diploma, ASN required.BSN preferred.Licensures/Certifications:PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.ACLS preferred
