You'll work with our sales team and alongside software engineers, recruiting developers, engineers, analysts, and PMs for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. What you'll do Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance Build real relationships with top technical talent across Iowa Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and your own network Screen, match, and present candidates to our sales team and clients Negotiate offers and deliver a candidate experience people remember Build a pipeline that keeps paying off long after the first placement What you bring Recruiting experience (agency, staffing, or corporate) — IT recruiting is a bonus, not a requirement A drive to connect with people and close Self-motivation and comfort in a fast-moving environment Bonus points for LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS experience What you get Competitive base + commission (no cap on what you can earn) A 30+ year reputation behind you with on of Iowa's largest IT consulting firms Real growth path into a stable tech industry role QCI has been connecting great people with great companies since 1995.
