Our client is a large, physician-led multi-specialty organization seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team in Palm Coast or Ormond Beach, Florida. This outpatient opportunity offers a collaborative environment with access to specialists, advanced practice providers, onsite diagnostics, pharmacy services, and behavioral health support. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

The Position:

Our client is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• MD or DO Degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Florida Medical License
• Strong Clinical and Communication Skills
• Team-Oriented Approach to Patient Care
• Experience with EMR Systems

Responsibilities:

• Monday Through Friday
• Outpatient Only
• No Call
• Provide Preventive Care, Acute Care, and Chronic Disease Management
• Coordinate Care with Specialists and Ancillary Services
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
• Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives
• Build Strong Relationships with Patients, Staff, and Leadership
• Utilize Evidence-Based Medicine in a Value-Based Care Environment
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation
