If you're energized by leading people, solving complex operational challenges, and making a direct impact on business success, this role offers the opportunity to grow your career with one of the world's most recognized consumer products companies.ResponsibilitiesManage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely mannerUtilize docks, warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading timeEnsure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needsProvide timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costsDevelop and motivate your team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsDeliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impactCommunicate and collaborate cross-functionallyBuild people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnelMaintain the inventory system to aid in production schedulingMaintain all housekeeping and safety standards and trainingIdentify and execute productivity opportunities to help facility meet annual operating planYou will have a regular presence on the plant floor and occasionally lift up to 40 lbsThis role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionallyRequires off-shift and weekend work with some travel (less than 5%)Build reports and report out on KPIs to upper management demonstrating high levels of ownership and business knowledgeOwn warehouse KPIsCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $123,150.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
