SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have) Project Management: Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure or PC/device transformation initiatives. Process Optimization: Expertise in defining SOPs, process swim lanes, and operating models for procurement, deployment, and asset lifecycle management. Stakeholder Management: Ability to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional internal teams (Finance, Sourcing, Service Desk) and external partners (Dell, DFS, etc.). ServiceNow & Automation: Experience overseeing ServiceNow workflow integrations and catalog management. Secondary (Good to Have) Financial & Contract Management: Proficiency in lease management, AP processes, and asset refresh lifecycle financials. Telemetry & Analytics: Familiarity with NextThink deployment, telemetry mapping, and KPI dashboarding. Change Management: Experience developing and executing communication plans for organizational-wide technology rollouts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the PC Transformation initiative in Atlanta, GA. You will own the end-to-end delivery of the PCaaS (PC as a Service) implementation, ensuring seamless process optimization and technology enablement. This role requires a strong leader capable of coordinating complex vendor relationships and internal digital workplace teams to deliver a scalable, cost-efficient, and user-focused device lifecycle program.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate alignment workshops to define operating models, process swim lanes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Orchestrate collaboration across Digital Workplace, Finance, Sourcing, and Service Desk teams, as well as external technology partners. Design and maintain end-to-end process maps for the entire device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, RMA, asset refresh, and final disposal. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow workflows and support the rollout of NextThink telemetry to track performance and KPIs. Manage financial workflows, including leasing terms, invoice processing, AP setup, and contract renewal cadences. Develop change management and communication strategies to ensure high adoption rates and effective stakeholder engagement throughout the rollout.
