What You'll DoWhat You'll Do:
- Deliver exciting, developmentally appropriate lesson plans from approved curriculum
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with co teacher, families and fellow educators to support our geniuses
- Track and document each genius' growth using approved assessment tools
- Align daily activities with Georgia's Pre-K Program Standards
What You'll Need:
We've simplified the requirements, so you know exactly where you stand!
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field as approved by DECAL
- Minimum of one year teaching as a GA Pre-k Lead Teacher in a licensed ECE or elementary school
- A demonstrably heart for teaching and LOVE for children
- Strong communication skills and a team spirit
- Willingness to uphold center values that foster a learning environment
- Bi-lingual teacher
