Infusion Care Coordinator
Helms Home Care, LLC
Helms Home Care Llc is seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse Coordinator to support the infusion team. The role reports to the Infusion Team Lead and Infusion Supervisor and focuses on coordinating patient referrals, nurse assignment, and compliant documentation.
You will liaise with pharmacies, physicians, and patients to ensure timely lab collection, charting, and adherence to confidentiality and agency standards. This position supports patient care delivery with professionalism.
