Warehouse Manager

Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the warehouse staff as well as all deliveries, warehouse inventory and tooling. Job Duties and Responsibilities Clean and maintain the warehouse. Manage warehouse staff. Manage all deliveries, warehouse inventory, and tooling. Create job kits for large projects and establish a process for managing them. Upon job completion, pull all tooling off the job and inventory. Create tech kits for service techs and develop a process for managing them. Create and manage an install team that pre‑prefabs fiber and copper for larger Data Center installs. Review all storage cages, create a database of information, and develop a process for removing unused inventory. Other responsibilities as assigned. Must possess proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to read and write effectively. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to develop job processes and best practices. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder, and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to load and unload trucks using a forklift. Must be able to use power tools. Must possess the physical agility to conduct warehouse inventory. Must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed. Qualifications Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. Must have previous work history; warehouse and telecommunications experience preferred. Must possess basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must meet and maintain company minimum driving standards. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and move 70 lbs. Must be able to use power tools. Compensation USD $42.00 – $52.00 per year. Minimum Years of Experience 0–2 years. Education Requirement High School diploma or GED equivalency.
