Lead groundbreaking structural engineering projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical sectors Work in a firm with national reach and deep expertise in cutting-edge materials and BIM technologies Collaborate with a talented team while mentoring junior staff and helping shape a high-performing, supportive culture Make a real impact by delivering work that is technically excellent, client-focused, and future-ready Essential Job Functions: Manage a diverse portfolio of structural engineering projects from design through execution Oversee internal teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment Translate client goals and input into structurally sound, code-compliant systems Create and review design calculations, structural models, and detailed construction documents using Revit and other structural analysis tools. Lead construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site inspections Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development Maintain billable target of approximately 80% through balancing design, coordination, and oversight Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Active Professional Engineer (PE) License Entry Level: 4+ years of structural design experience for Project Manager level 8+ years of experience (including complex, large-scale project management) for Senior Project Manager consideration Required Skills & Abilities: Strong client management and communication skills Proven ability to lead projects, support cross-functional teams, and meet delivery goals Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment Expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, RISA, Navisworks, and BIM platforms Understanding of contractual terms, scope development, and budgeting Experience mentoring junior team members and promoting technical excellence What You Can Expect: Competitive salary based on experience - Project Manager: $105K–$125K - Senior Project Manager: $115K–$145K Bonus opportunities 401K contribution and generous benefits (health, dental, vision) Flexible work schedule, including every other Friday off Career growth and leadership development within a fast-growing firm The chance to work on high-impact projects with major national clients TalentSource is an Equal Opportunity Recruiting Firm.
