Production Supervisor

What You Will Be Doing Ensure the assigned work area meets production goals. Review schedules, reports, plans, and objectives. Train, counsel, and develop employees in the manufacturing process. Provide clear instructions to direct reports and communicate performance toward goals. Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food‑safety compliance. Complete and follow FSQA training and programs. Report and address food‑safety hazards, process deviations, and non‑conformities. Contribute to continuous improvement of the Food Safety Culture. Foster a positive and respectful work environment. Manage PTO and time‑off requests for the department. Basic Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Basic math proficiency. Team player with organizational and analytical skills. Results‑driven with good interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and mechanical skills. Preferred Qualifications College degree. 2‑3 years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment. Experience using SAP.
