What You Will Do
- Source Talent: Discover and engage top-tier software engineers and tech professionals.
- Build Relationships: Conduct phone interviews to pitch exciting career opportunities.
- Manage Pipeline: Guide candidates through the interview process from start to finish.
- Learn the Business: Master tech industry trends through our comprehensive training program.

- Recent Graduate: Holds a Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome).
- Sales Aptitude: Possesses a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Resilient Communicator: Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
- Highly Organized: Thrives when managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
