Social Media Content Creator

Most creators don’t get seen for who they are. We’re changing that.

KNOWME is a video‑first hiring platform built on a simple idea: people should be seen for who they actually are, not reduced to a keyword match. As we grow, we’re building a roster of editors, designers, motion artists, storytellers, and hybrid creatives who make content built for today’s platforms.

If you’re a creator looking for your next step, this is for you.

What This Is

A way to get on KNOWME’s radar and in front of hiring teams across entertainment, lifestyle, retail, sports, and tech.

We’re building our own creator network and spotlighting standout talent to companies with open roles right now. Whether you want to work with KNOWME directly or be discovered by brands, this is how you get into the mix.

How to Apply

Record a 60 second vibe check on KNOWME. In your video, cover:

• 1) Who you are and what you love making . Talk like you would to someone you want to work with. What you do, what you’re good at, what you care about.
• 2) The kind of work you do best . Editing, design, storytelling, motion, or the platforms you’re strongest on.
• 3) What you’re looking for next . Full‑time, freelance, in‑house, and the kind of team or environment where you do your best work. And if there’s something employers never see on your resume but should, share it.

That’s it. No cover letter. No ATS. Just you.

What Happens After You Apply

Every vibe check is reviewed by the KNOWME team. We don’t ghost.

• You’re added to our creator roster.
• We’re building a pool for KNOWME projects, branded content, and platform storytelling.
• You may be featured in our HIREME IRL series.
• We highlight creators we believe deserve more visibility, tagging hiring managers and companies instead of posting into the void.
• We pitch you directly to hiring teams.

Who Should Apply

You’re a strong fit if you are:

• A creator (editor, designer, videographer, animator, storyteller, or any mix of these)
• Comfortable on camera or willing to get there
• Able to produce short‑form content with clarity and originality
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels, Shorts
• Looking for full‑time, freelance, or in‑house creative roles
• Someone who wants their personality to be part of their pitch

We’re open to early‑career talent, experienced creators, and hybrids who don’t fit neatly into one box.

Why This Exists

Creators deserve more than a blind upload button.

Too many people get screened out by filters that have nothing to do with what they can actually make. KNOWME puts the person and the work back at the center.

You get seen. We meet the kind of creators we want to work with.
