ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I was born and raised in Shreveport and graduated from C.E. Byrd High School. I went on to play baseball at Louisiana College, where I began my insurance career as a State Farm team member. I've always had a goal of owning my own business and serving my community, which led me to open my agency in 2021.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Robinson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
