CMR Insurance Consultants Inc. is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and customer service.

This position focuses on generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and providing insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective clients through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and lead follow-ups.

* Generate insurance quotes and present competitive coverage options.

* Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

* Convert qualified leads into new business while meeting established sales goals.

* Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients.

* Accurately document client information and sales activities in the agency management system.

* Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

* Previous sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.

* Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

* Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a high volume of leads.

* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Professional attitude, positive mindset, and strong attention to detail.

* Bilingual English/Spanish.
