What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
• Create engaging social media posts, Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos
• Photograph completed remodeling projects
• Capture before-and-after transformations
• Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Stay current on social media trends and recommend new content ideas
• Help build and strengthen the Palmetto Bath brand

Brand Ambassador

• Represent Palmetto Bath on camera for marketing videos and advertisements
• Interview satisfied customers and record testimonial videos
• Create educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content
• Help produce internal training videos
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials

Events & Community Outreach

• Help set up and tear down displays for home shows, senior expos, festivals, and community events
• Represent Palmetto Bath professionally at events
• Engage with homeowners and answer basic questions about our services
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for potential customers

Inside Sales Support

• Follow up with homeowners who request information
• Contact leads generated through events and marketing campaigns
• Schedule in-home design consultations over the phone
• Help maintain accurate customer information in our CRM
• Support our inside sales team during busy periods

Marketing Support

• Assist the Marketing Director with marketing campaigns and special projects
• Organize photos, videos, and creative assets
• Brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas
• Help with additional marketing and administrative projects as needed

• Comfortable working both in the office and out in the community

Qualifications

Preferred experience with one or more of the following:

• Social media management
• Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Photography or videography
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Customer service
• Sales or appointment setting
• Event marketing or trade shows

No home remodeling experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about our products and services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the Upstate and Midlands for job sites and events
• Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends for scheduled events
• Ability to lift and set up event displays (approximately 40–50 lbs.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• There is often weekend work with the position
