Bilingual Rapid Recovery Facilitator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm )
- Medical-Only Worker's Compensation Claim Management
- Return-to-Work Coordination
- Administrative Support
- Other Duties as Assigned
Bilingual Rapid Recovery Facilitator Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both written and verbal communication) is REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, insurance, claims, medical, office or return-to-work principles preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
