Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman ElectricianWe are looking for a licensed and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in commercial and industrial electrical work, capable of reading blueprints, managing projects, mentoring apprentices, and completing complex installations with minimal supervision. Preference will be given to candidates located in southern New Hampshire or northeastern Massachusetts.Duties:Independently install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settingsInterpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specificationsLead and coordinate job site tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsDiagnose and troubleshoot issues using meters, tools, and schematicsWork with low voltage systems, building controls, and energy-efficient solutionsMentor apprentices and assist in on-the-job trainingEnsure all work adheres to local codes and regulationsSkills:Proficiency in commercial and industrial electrical systemsStrong leadership and communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of electrical codes, materials, and toolsSkilled in using ohmmeters, voltmeters, and testing equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptability in a fast-growing, safety- and quality-driven environmentExperience:Journeyman-level commercial/industrial electrical work: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Valid NH Journeyman Electrician License (Required)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Required)Driver's License (Required)Schedule:8-hour shift, Monday to FridayOn callOvertimeRotating shiftWeekends as neededBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCustom Electric UniversityAbout Us:We are a professional, agile, and creative team committed to delivering innovative building solutions.
