Warehouse Associate

• Submit a daily work report at the shift end. • Perform the operation according to the standard operating procedure. • Produce goods that meet the requirements of quality. • Detect defects in processing and correct it with the accurate procedures. • Keep the workplaces in order and maintain cleanliness. Core competencies, Required Skill Sets: • Have correct knowledge of the processes in bend machines, drill machines, punch press, plasma, saw machines and the other machines in the bend shop. • Follow the work instructions from Managers, Supervisors, and Area leaders. • Use the tools correctly. • Report any abnormalities during the operation to your supervisor or an inspector promptly. • Communicate necessary business matter effectively and accurately with others. • Comply with the rules within the workplace Required duties and prohibited matters in Pipe Bend Process: • Do not adjust the inspection jigs or die settings. Report to your supervisor or inspector as soon as you suspect any abnormalities. • Stop processing when you find the parts do not fit into the inspection jig and report to your supervisor or inspector immediately • Do not damage or hit equipment or inspection jig with a tool or other hard object. • Do not change machine settings unless instructed from managers, supervisors or leaders to do so. • Do not throw parts into the basket. Keep them organized properly. • Do not force a mandrel into a material and conduct bend operation if the mandrel does not enter into the material properly. • Do not leave the workplace until the bending machine returns to the starting position after the bending process is completed. • Do not touch the area sensor or hit it with any objects. • Do not operate crane without a proper instruction to do so. Required duties and prohibited matters in Drill Process: • Do not drill for parts does not fit into the jig. Report to your supervisor or inspector as soon as you suspect any abnormalities. • Do not adjust or modify jig. • Stop processing when you find the parts do not fit into the jig and report it to your supervisor or inspector immediately. • Do not hit equipment or jig with a tool or other hard object. • Do not throw the parts into the basket. Keep them organized properly. • Do not wear cotton gloves while using drill machine. Use the proper protective glove for drilling • Do not interrupt work and leave the workplace. Complete the series of drilling process when you leave the workplace. • Do not drill process again to the place where its process was done before. Required duties and prohibited matters in Punch Press Process: • Do not use parts that does not fit into the punch die. Report to your supervisor or inspector as soon as you suspect any abnormalities. • Do not adjust or modify the punch die. • Stop processing when you find the parts do not fit into the inspection jig and report it to your supervisor or inspector immediately • Do not hit equipment, punch die or inspection jig with a tool or other hard object. • Do not throw the parts into the basket. Keep them organized properly. • Do not interrupt work and leave the workplace. Complete the series of punch press process when you leave the workplace. • Do not punch press process again to the place where its processing was done before. Physical Requirements and other requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and talk or hear. The employee is also required to walk on hard floors and reach with hands and arms in the office and the factory.
