Physical Therapist, Full Time or Part Time, Pelvic Health and General Orthopedics Outpatient Private Practice Mansfield, MA 02048

A growing outpatient clinic in Mansfield, Massachusetts is hiring a Physical Therapist with interest or experience in pelvic health and general orthopedics. Full-time is preferred, and new graduates will receive dedicated support and mentorship.

About the Role

You will treat a diverse patient population in a high-energy outpatient setting, with a caseload spanning pelvic health, general orthopedics, neuro, and TMJ. Patient care is one-on-one in 40-minute sessions, with full-time PTs seeing approximately 55 patients per week. The clinic actively encourages and supports clinicians who want to develop a specialty or pursue additional certifications.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no weekends and no major holidays. Flexible scheduling is available, and clinicians have the autonomy to structure their schedule in the way that works best for them.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for a full-time position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, with a productivity and performance bonus also available. Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Candidates with a minimum of 20 hours and two weekdays of availability will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
