Position Summary
We are seeking a mid-level .NET Software Engineer to join our Core Development team. You'll work on backend services and APIs that are critical to our global money transfer operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who wants to grow while contributing to impactful products. About This Role
This role will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining web service-based applications, including high-throughput APIs to support mission-critical operations
• Supporting the integration of web technologies into our platform
• Writing and testing software to ensure functionality, performance, and maintainability
• Documenting and maintaining software functionality
• Collaborating with Architects, Designers, Product Managers, and Operations
• Troubleshooting production issues in a high-availability environment
• Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in .NET C# (ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, EF, LINQ, DI, Lambda, Async, etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs (Postman, SOAPUI)
• 2-4 years of experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL development
• Knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Familiarity with Git (TFS, Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines
• Unit testing and build management
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with troubleshooting tools like Kibana or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Position Requirements

• Strong foundation in OOP, Web Applications, and Database concepts
• Agile/SCRUM methodology experience preferred
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive

Education Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
