Los Angeles insurance defense firm is seeking a California-licensed Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its civil litigation team. The role involves handling matters related to construction defect, Insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Manage a caseload across multiple insurance defense areas.

• Negotiate settlements and legal agreements.

• Assist in discovery, document review, and court representation.

• Collaborate with partners and support staff to ensure smooth case management.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar license

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Prior insurance defense or deposition experience preferred
