Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance on service agreement customers. Present repair and replacement options to customers from our price book. Take emergency calls as part of the on-call rotation. Document every job in Housecall Pro (we'll train you). Keep your truck stocked and organized. Must have: 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA 608 certification. Comfortable reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical. Clean driving record. Able to explain a problem to a homeowner clearly and honestly. Nice to have: Mini-split and VRF experience. Commercial Equipment Experience.
