Join TT Electronics as a Master Scheduler/Lead and play a critical role in ensuring our operations deliver on customer commitments while supporting business growth.In this role, you'll lead the site's production planning function and directly supervise the Planner/Buyer team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability while overseeing the Master Production Schedule. You'll serve as a key link between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer Service, ensuring materials, capacity, and production schedules are aligned to meet customer commitments and business objectives.What You'll DoLead, supervise, coach, and develop the Planner/Buyer team.Establish planning priorities and ensure consistent execution of scheduling and purchasing activities.Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.Balance customer demand, production capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.Prioritize production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance to identify risks and drive solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and supply chain challenges.Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transitions.Lead planning meetings and communicate priorities across the organization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, inventory management, and ERP utilization.What You'll BringAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Five or more years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain experience.Advanced ERP/MRP planning experience.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.Experience in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.ITAR eligibility required.Why TT Electronics?Lead a critical function that directly impacts operational performance and customer satisfaction.Supervise and develop a team of planning professionals.Partner with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.Influence business results through planning excellence and continuous improvement.Join a collaborative organization committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.If you're passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and making a measurable impact across the business, we'd love to hear from you.
