Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on available data)

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient general surgery call coverage during scheduled dates
• Be on 24-hour beeper call with the potential for callbacks
• Collaborate with hospital staff in a busy medical setting
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing standards
• Follow policies for clean file requirements, including active AK license and current DEA
• Complete orientation and provide emergent surgical support as needed
• Work efficiently within a hospital environment ensuring patient safety and quality care

What You Need:

• Valid and active Alaska medical license
• DEA registration in Alaska
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certifications
• Clean professional record: no settlements, DUIs, restrictions, or medical board actions
• Prior general surgery call coverage experience preferred
