Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Organize and prepare orders for shipment, including picking items from inventory.
• Operate packaging machinery and tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow established guidelines for handling and storing materials to prevent damage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic math and organizational skills for inventory management and order preparation.
• Familiarity with packaging tools, equipment, or machinery is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, including safety procedures.
