Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic, social, or behavioral needs in classroom settings
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and accommodations
• Provide direct support to individual students or small groups, as assigned
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Help monitor student progress and report key observations to instructional staff
• Contribute to classroom management and ensure a safe space for all students
