About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands‑on experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate has expertise in developing autonomous AI agents, training and fine‑tuning large language models (LLMs), and building production‑ready AI workflows that solve complex business problems. Location: Chicago, IL; Remote: Yes Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy intelligent Agentic AI applications. Develop multi‑agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution. Fine‑tune, train, and optimize large language models and domain‑specific AI models. Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third‑party tools. Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years of experience building Generative AI or LLM‑powered applications. Proven experience developing Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar. Experience training, fine‑tuning, and evaluating language models. Experience deploying AI applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Law Firm experience preferred.
