Use consultative selling techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and actively listening. Stay current with the latest vehicle features, technology, and inventory to become a true product expert. Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business. Master objection handling and sales strategies to exceed your goals. Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to plan and review sales activities. Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team every day. What We’re Looking For: No prior experience required – we provide training! Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both with customers and colleagues. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
