Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRetail soft goods sales associate (Entry level) General Duties: Provide a positive customer experience by greeting customers in a friendly manner and assessing their needs.Assist customers in finding products that fit their needs, based on knowledge of product features and benefits.Handle sales transactions on POS system, including returns, exchanges, warranties and special orders.Answer phones and providing accurate information to customer inquiries regarding products, programs and services. Directing calls to proper departments when necessary.Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked sales floor. Restocking daily.Prepare new product for sales by hanging, tagging, sizing and steaming.Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks including opening and closing duties, restocking and cleaning. Requirements:

Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.Ability to multitask in a busy environment, contributing to team dynamics.Retail sales experience and familiarity with POS systems is helpful.Capable of standing, walking and lifting moderate weights for an extended period of time.Can commit to a minimum of three 6 hour shifts.Full time employment includes local ski pass and inclusion in Staff Discount Program.
