Capture Coordinator

KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Capture Coordinator to perform early-stage identification, monitoring, and qualification of public‑sector and commercial RFP opportunities related to playground and outdoor fitness projects. The Capture Coordinator reports directly to the Bid & Proposal Manager and plays a key role in summarizing and prioritizing opportunities, while ensuring accurate data entry into internal systems to support project pursuit efforts. This position will be based in Austin, TX, to pre‑screen RFPs through our market intelligence platforms, gather information, and contribute to “Go/No‑Go” decision‑making with the Bid & Proposal Team. Additionally, the Capture Coordinator will collaborate with our Business Development and Regional Sales Teams to secure information on existing opportunities within our systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the capability of working on cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids. They should be highly adaptable, capable of working independently, and skilled at intuitively navigating digital environments with efficiency. A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential for success in this role. What You’ll Do Identify, evaluate, and track upcoming bid opportunities using AI platforms Ensures data integrity and consistency across the team’s digital systems Support pre‑bid activities to generate awareness and increase win probability rate Maintain and optimize sourcing platforms utilized by the organization Support opportunity pursuit initiatives within the Bid & Proposal Team What You’ll Need Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, information systems, or computer science 0‑2 years of experience in administrative support, bids/RFPs, information technology, construction, business development, data research, and/or public‑sector environments Highly capable of operating in a digital environment and comfortable navigating and optimizing multiple software platforms daily Exceptional communication skills, particularly through electronic channels Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accountable, with a methodical approach to work Self‑driven and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and solve problems independently Experience with CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and AI modules is strongly preferred Perks And Benefits Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans Employer‑paid life and disability insurance Paid parental leave 401(k) retirement plan with company match Competitive PTO and robust holiday schedule KOMPAN is an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action Employer.
