As a Shift Leader for our combined Angies Lobster and Angies Prime drive-thru restaurant, you will be responsible for leading the team and creating the best drive-thru experience for our customers while upholding all food and safety standards. Join our team and become a part of revolutionizing the drive-thru industry./ppA Shift Leader will be able to:/pulliOversee and manage the daily operations of the shift/liliCommunicate clearly and effectively with the team/liliEnsure excellent customer service and satisfaction/liliHandle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner/liliWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment/liliTrain and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support/liliMaintain a clean and organized work environment/liliAssist with food preparation and handling when necessary/liliOperate the POS system accurately and efficiently/liliCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations/liliAdhere to all food safety standards/liliMonitor inventory levels/liliBe cross-trained for all positions as well as opening and closing the restaurant/liliStand for up 8+ hrs. at a time/liliWork with fryer, grill and kitchen equipment safely/li/ulpThe ideal candidate should have:/pulliPrevious experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry/liliStrong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations/liliExcellent communication and leadership skills/liliAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively/liliWill bring a positive attitude to work every day/liliHas the ability to adapt, multitask and take feedback in a positive manner/liliCan effectively lead and manage a small team/liliIs dependable and has reliable transportation/li/ulpShift leaders, shift managers, restaurant supervisors, restaurant managers, assistant managers, shift supervisors encouraged to apply./p/div
