This is a full-time position, vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily service operations. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our customers and technicians, playing a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. This role offers an hourly rate of $27.00 - $34.00 USD.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule daily routes and service appointments for our HVAC and plumbing technicians in an efficient manner.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, scheduling services, and providing updates with a professional and friendly approach.Manage the service dispatch board to optimise technician productivity and ensure prompt responses to all client needs, including emergency support requests.Accurately create, process, and manage work orders, customer invoices, and service documentation.Maintain clear and effective communication between customers, service technicians, and the management team.Assist with parts ordering and inventory management to ensure technicians are well-equipped for their jobs.Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the service department.QualificationsProven experience in a coordination, dispatch, or senior administrative role, ideally within a trade or service-based industry.
