About the Role:

Tiles of Pompano Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, design-driven environment where you'll help customers find the perfect tile solutions for their projects. If you love interiors, design, and delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing a welcoming and professional customer experience
Guide customers through tile selections, helping them find products that match their design needs and budget
Maintain showroom displays, ensuring samples and product arrangements are clean, organized, and visually appealing
Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately and efficiently
Support sales staff with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and customer communications
Stay up to date on product inventory, new arrivals, and tile trends to better assist customers
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail, showroom, interior design, or a customer-facing sales role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Interest or background in home improvement, tile, flooring, or interior design is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced showroom environment
Computer skills for processing orders and managing customer information
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given the South Florida market
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
