What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in your practicing state
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with ICU expertise
  • Proficiency in EPIC documentation systems
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate healthcare software systems
  • Good judgment and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients and team members
• Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
  • Additional training or experience in neonatal or critical care specialties
• Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
  • At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work night shift, 12-hour rotations starting 05/04/2026
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials
