The team ensures that the outputs of our research efforts are successfully implemented in the real world. Domains of contribution include algorithmic execution, securities lending, and market expertise across a variety of asset classes and markets. As an Associate Member of Trading Staff, you will rotate across our credit, equity, forex, and derivatives desks to learn each asset class and region we trade, and eventually assume ownership of our systematic trading programs. You will directly interact with both internal stakeholders and the broker dealer community. The collaboration and rotation amongst the team will enable you to become an expert in market microstructure and trading operations. Under mentorship from senior traders, you will build analytics and automation that enhance the level of sophistication and scale at which the firmwide trading program operates. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
