Director of Membership Growth & Engagement

Urban Libraries Council is seeking an experienced Director of Membership to lead our membership strategy, engagement, retention and growth. This senior role reports to the Chief of Staff and collaborates with the President/CEO to strengthen member experience and grow revenue through engagement.
