Step into a fulfilling contract role providing school-based physical therapy services to students in grades K-12. This onsite, full-time position runs through May 20, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on students’ growth and development.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with ability to work in a school setting
- Experience or strong interest in supporting K-12 students
- Knowledge of current PT best practices relevant to an educational environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexible, collaborative approach with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students as specified by IEP/504 plans
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment interventions
- Collaborate proactively with multidisciplinary teams during monthly meetings, roundtables, and through real-time access to colleagues on an interactive intranet platform
- Participate in annual performance reviews, ongoing process improvement initiatives, and regular check-ins with your supervisor
- Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
