Marketing & Business Development Coordinator Rigid Roofing LLC – Montgomery, TX Job Type: Full-Time Pay: per hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday Work Location: In-person Job Description Rigid Roofing LLC is a growing, family-owned roofing company based in Montgomery, Texas. We are seeking a dependable, organized, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator. This is a versatile position combining administrative support, customer service, social media marketing, and business development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships, think creatively, and help our business continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Customer Service Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Schedule appointments, inspections, and customer follow-ups. Maintain and update customer records, job information, and leads in our CRM system. Assist with daily office operations, organization, and scheduling. Communicate with customers, project managers, and company owners. Ensure customer inquiries and outstanding tasks are followed up on promptly. Marketing & Social Media Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Capture photos and videos of projects, employees, and company activities. Design marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content using Canva or similar platforms. Assist with advertising campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Monitor and respond to social media engagement and inquiries. Develop creative ideas to increase our online presence and community visibility. Business Development & Community Outreach Build and maintain relationships with realtors, property managers, local businesses, and referral partners. Conduct outreach to potential clients and business partners. Follow up with existing customers and previous leads. Assist with planning and attending networking events, trade shows, and community activities. Identify opportunities for new business and referral relationships. Track outreach activities and leads in our CRM system. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. Comfortable using social media platforms and creating digital content. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software. Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative without constant supervision. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Preferred but Not Required: Administrative or customer service experience. Social media marketing or content creation experience. Experience with Canva or similar design platforms. Business development, sales, or networking experience.Familiarity with CRM software. Roofing or construction industry experience.
